Returns
Hi there! We want you to feel really good about your purchase, and we’re happy to help if something isn’t quite right.
You have 21 days from the date of your purchase to request a return or exchange. After that window, we won’t be able to offer a refund or swap—thanks so much for understanding!
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please send items back unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. And don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can take care of you quickly.
Just a quick note—please send your return to us directly rather than the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return arrives, we’ll take a look and send you a friendly email to let you know we’ve received it. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If everything checks out, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within a few days. Easy as that!
Waiting on a refund?
If it hasn’t shown up yet, don’t worry—sometimes these things just take a little time. Here are a few quick steps to check:
- Take another peek at your bank account
- Reach out to your credit card company (they can be a bit slow to post refunds)
- Then check with your bank, just in case there’s a processing delay

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
